Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in analysis for marketing automation and martech solution development.
  2. Implement marketing cloud development infrastructure.
  3. Analyze clients' marketing and technology needs, contributing to communication processes through system developments.
  4. Perform technical and specialized marketing tasks.
  5. Develop processes for cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions.
  6. Launch developments and automation processes suitable for cloud implementation.
  7. Provide consulting to ensure smooth operation of automated communication processes.
  8. Implement developments to activate automated communications across various client touchpoints.
  9. Integrate the latest technological advances and marketing solutions.
  10. Conduct testing, error diagnostics, and resolve issues in marketing automation tools.
  11. Document processes and monitor system performance.
  12. Work on cloud integrations using programming languages such as Javascript, Ampscript, Server-Side Javascript, and API.
  13. Adhere to software quality standards as per Omega's technical management.
Skills:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience with Data Cloud and Personalization projects.
  3. Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.
  4. Experience with HTML and CSS development.
  5. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  6. High proficiency in English.
