The role involves converting warm inbound leads into sales, conducting consultations, and managing client relationships. Ideal candidates are fluent in Russian, with strong English skills, and possess 3-5+ years of B2C sales experience. Formación

Job Overview

Sales Manager (Inbound) – Remote, Full‑time, Spanish, DreamLife Spain.

About the role

Turn warm inbound leads into sales by understanding needs and presenting relocation services.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, Telegram within 24 hours.
  • Qualify leads: budget, timeline, relocation goals.
  • Conduct consultations (minimum calls) to present services and close deals ranging from €500 to €15,000 packages.
  • Manage leads from AI visa calculator and maintain CRM (Planfix).
  • Follow up with clients who need time to think and re‑engage leads who didn’t respond initially.
  • Upsell additional services (housing, company registration, etc.) and cross‑sell to existing clients.
Requirements
  • Fluent Russian (primary client language).
  • English B2+ (for international clients).
  • 3–5+ years sales experience (B2C, premium services).
  • Consultative sales approach – help clients decide, don’t push.
  • CRM experience.
  • Self‑organized – remote work requires discipline.
Nice to Have
  • Spanish language.
  • Experience in relocation/immigration/education abroad.
  • Knowledge of Spain.
