The position involves growing the Repair Business within medium and small hospitals, supervising channel partnerships, and driving new business opportunities. Candidates should have a strong healthcare background, with a focus on results driven initiatives and significant travel.

Formación

  • 5 years of healthcare knowledge is required.
  • Experience in Bio Med/Repairs/OEM is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Endoscopy is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and execute a yearly business plan for the territory.
  • Prepare quotations and technical documents for tenders.
  • Achieve revenue and gross margin objectives.

Position Summary

The IMS Healthcare Sales Representative will focus on growing the Repair Business, dealing with medium and small hospitals, supervising Channel Partners and current agreements, and driving new business.

  • Creating STERIS values
  • Dealing with dealers and KOLs
  • Being fully customer-focused

The IMS Healthcare Sales Representative will work collaboratively with the team under the IMS strategy to improve business. The role involves mainly visiting customers and providing weekly reports.

Duties

As part of his/her activities:

  1. Develop and execute a yearly business plan for the territory, aligned with IMS local strategy.
  2. Prepare quotations and technical documents for public tenders and customers.
  3. Submit and execute accurate forecasts for all products monthly and quarterly.
  4. Achieve revenue, gross margin, and focus product objectives set by the Business Units.
Education Degree
