Formación

Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a bold, ambitious leader ready to take performance to the next level. As Sales Manager for the Italian market, you’ll inspire and empower our team of Student Recruitment Specialists, driving outstanding results, boosting team performance, and strengthening our presence in a fast-paced, competitive market.

What you’ll do:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximizing team performance, fostering a culture of accountability, strong work ethic, and ongoing training and development
  • Oversee the Sales Department and lead all initiatives related to recruiting, training, coaching, and managing sales agents; develop and maintain Sales Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, particularly Marketing, to design and execute promotional strategies for the region
  • Monitor and evaluate sales operations performance by maintaining and improving business intelligence tools; track key sales KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, revenue per sale, refund rate, quality monitoring, and productivity metrics
  • Provide regular, data-driven performance insights to senior management and stakeholders, in alignment with the EU B2C Sales Director
Qualifications
  • Native-level Italian and strong English; additional languages are a plus
  • Relevant academic background, ideally in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a B2C or Direct Sales organization
  • Previous experience in the education sector and/or a contact center environment is highly valued
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
