We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
Role Mission
The Indirect Sales Expert National Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational effectiveness & performance of the Sales Expert that are working with our main tobacconist partners, advising directly our consumers (B2B2C). You will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting the sales team to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The Indirect Sales Expert National Lead would be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for the team and for providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to help team members develop their skills and improve their performance. The team leader would also be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, where team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to achieve their individual and team goals.
Based in Madrid, the Indirect Sales Expert National Lead role provides the proper assessment and implementation of strong leadership and guidance to the Coordinators and Sales Expert, to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction, and to contribute to the overall success of the business.
