Are You Up for the Challenge?

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping global tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Using our proven **value-based selling methodology**, you’ll identify and nurture potential leads, ensuring our clients connect with the right decision-makers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Lead Qualification – Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
  • Sales Pipeline Management– Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.
  • Sales Support – Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
  • Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
  • Continuous Learning – Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Profile :What You Need to Succeed

Experience:

  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation, ideally in an agency setting as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools like Lemlist is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; more senior profiles are highly encouraged to apply.

Languages:

  • Fluent in French (mandatory).
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, German, Dutch, etc) is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, International relations, or a related field.

Skills: Strong business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Bonus Points

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
