The Role

As an SDR at INFINIT, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. This is an ideal role for someone looking to kickstart their career in Tech sales and grow into an Account Executive and beyond.

What do we want to achieve together?
  • Prospect and generate leads: Research and identify potential customers within target markets using tools like LinkedIn, CRM databases, and other resources.
  • Conduct outbound outreach: Use a combination of cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement to reach potential clients.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads: Assess prospect needs, pain points, and interest in our SaaS solution.
  • Set appointments and demos: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales funnel for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system: Track all outreach activity, conversations, and outcomes.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends: Articulate our value proposition clearly to prospects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales: Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights from your prospecting efforts and contributing to the refinement of sales strategies.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • 1+ year of experience in a telesales, sales, business development, or customer‑facing role (SaaS experience preferred but not required).
  • Proven results in a fast paced environment; Ability to handle volume and stay organised; Strong communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Goal-driven and self‑motivated: A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue new leads in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
