Who You Are:

Passionate about fashion and a fast-paced environment, our Sales Assistants are MK Ambassadors, representing the vision of Michael Kors. They are empowered to deliver an elevated customer experience and collaborate positively with team members, demonstrating speed, energy, and optimism.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  2. Maintain client communication through all available clienteling apps and tools.
  3. Maintain floor and stock presence.
  4. Build and maintain good communication with the management team to drive store performance.
  5. Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert, advising customers with passion and confidence.
  6. Understand business results and identify opportunities to drive sales.

What You’ll Need to Have:

  1. Excitement and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
  2. Ability and desire to collaborate and inspire team members to achieve results.
  3. Proficiency with technology and leveraging it to enhance sales and customer experience.
  4. Strong communication skills in English.
