A luxury resort in Tenerife is seeking a Reservations Agent to create exceptional guest experiences by handling reservations and inquiries with professionalism. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in English and Spanish. Formación

  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and reservations with warmth and professionalism.

As a Reservations Agent at our luxury resort, you'll be the voice of hospitality-helping guests plan their perfect stay, answering inquiries with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. If you thrive in a dynamic enviroment, have excellent communication skills, and love turning inquiries into unforgettable stays, we'd love to hear from you!

What are your responsibilities are...
  • You handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and warmth.
  • You provide detailed information about room types, rates, packages, and resort amenities to help guests make informed decisions.
  • You confirm, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the system, ensuring all details are correct.
  • You respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests, offering personalized solutions whenever possible.
  • You coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Sales, F&B) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • You monitor room availability and optimize occupancy through effective booking management.
  • You maintain accurate records of reservations and payment details in compliance with company standards.
  • You identify upselling opportunities for upgrades, packages, and additional services to enhance guest stays.
  • You resolve issues or complaints related to reservations with empathy and efficiency.
  • You stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers, and local attractions to assist guests proactively.

  • Ideally, you've gained hands-on experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service along the way.

  • Your joy in delivering thoughtful, accurate service feels genuine-and guests can sense it. It creates confidence and trust in every conversation.You communicate confidently in English and Spanish, and if you have German language skills, this would be an added bonus!
  • You already hold a valid work permit for Spain
