We are now hiring a Dutch-speaking Renewal Specialist to join the team in Málaga (hybrid). You’ll be part of a dynamic international environment where you’ll drive renewals, strengthen customer relationships and showcase your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

What you’ll do

• As a Renewal Specialist you will act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
• Convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline by assessing key criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to identify needs and potential upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand customers' current Microsoft license positions and promote Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Solution Specialists, PCM, TCM, CE) to ensure renewals close on time and meet customer needs.

You’re a great fit if you :

• Are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with advanced English.
• Have 2 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
• Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for cloud technology.
• Understand the IT industry and can quickly learn new products and business solutions.
• Can identify customer needs and deliver compelling tailored pitches.
• Are driven by achievement and success.
• Have experience selling Azure, Office 365 or Dynamics 365 (preferred).

It’s a plus if you :

• Have experience in technical sales or presales.
• Hold a degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering (Bachelor or Master).
