  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilidades

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs.
  • Create and manage job postings across relevant platforms.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Update recruitment dashboards and track hiring progress.
