This role involves leading an engineering team to design scalable architectures, acting as a technical expert, and translating business requirements into architectural solutions. The ideal candidate has significant experience in the fintech sector and skills in microservices architectures, cloud environments, and team management. The position is remote with a full-time employment type.

Formación

• At least 6 years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar engineering leadership role.
• Experience with banking or fintech projects.
• Experience in solution design for complex microservice architectures.
• English C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Identify and address issues within the team and development processes.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and client’s technical representatives.
• Design and develop architectural solutions for new features.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of architectural designs.
