A dynamic telecommunications company is seeking a Level 2 Technical Engineer to provide advanced support for mobile network services. You will be responsible for incident management, network monitoring, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in telecom support, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with a global network team.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in telecom support, preferably MVNO/MNO environments.
• Advanced knowledge in GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G network technologies.
• Familiarity with core network elements and signaling protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 technical support for network incidents.
• Monitor network health and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure service continuity.
