QA Hardware Engineer

Job Description :

Responsibilities will include :

• Participate in the field "screening team" on product issues. Identification, analysis, evaluation and recording of key data.
• Monitoring of processes. Design actions to avoid issues / malfunctions for recurring.
• Identify best practices and development guides. Lean processes for superior performance.
• Definition and leadership of actions of the company's portfolio performance improvement plan. Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.
• Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement and project management.
• Perform organizational coaching to do right first and to walk the talk.

Permanent hire can be based in Madrid
