- Experience in the Publisher industry
- Experience with AdOps, AdTech, and AdManager is highly valued
Responsibilities include:
- Manage relationships with manager-level internal/external users, partners, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Assist in troubleshooting, developing solutions, and providing pre- and post-sales consulting and strategy.
- Have a working knowledge of product deployment, systems integration, and related technologies and processes.
- Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meetings, and documentation.
- Propose solutions to roadblocks, anticipate challenges, and support updating or creating repeatable content like best practices and tutorials.
- Contribute to business efficiency plans by identifying inefficiencies and proposing options.
- Define long-term solution strategies with cross-functional teams, influencing feature prioritization.
- Execute solutions based on business objectives and technical requirements, with occasional peer support.
- Identify trends in solution issues and collaborate with engineering to mitigate future risks.
- Develop initiatives to improve solution delivery, innovate workflows, and develop new practices.
- Leverage or develop solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring legal compliance, with minimal guidance.
- Support discussions to define solution scope and constraints, articulating value through design sessions.
- Assist in architecture design and feature requests with product teams.
- Generate insights, participate in business reviews, and help formulate partner strategies.
- Provide reactive consultation to partners for new business opportunities and support technology adoption strategies.
- Assess product gaps, communicate issues internally, and contribute to solutions development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot, develop, and enhance solutions and offerings.
- Coach internal and external teams on solutions, systems, and industry landscape.
- Address escalations and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality solutions.
- Advise on best practices to optimize technology use and explore new opportunities through engagement.
