JR Spain busca un/a profesional para gestionar campañas publicitarias programáticas en múltiples plataformas DSP. El candidato ideal debe poseer una licenciatura en Marketing o áreas relacionadas y tener al menos 2 años de experiencia en la manipulación de campañas, especialmente con DV360 y The Trade Desk. Formación

Execute, manage, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across DSP platforms, ensuring the achievement of performance KPIs through data-driven decision-making, bidding strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns on DSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, among others.
  • Ensure timely and accurate campaign activation and implementation in accordance with client objectives.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, and delivery; and adjust as needed.
  • Conduct ongoing optimization using BI tools, Excel, and platform data to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze key metrics and generate weekly and ad-hoc reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Track campaign progress with updated documentation on live campaigns, pacing vs. delivery, and campaign milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, planning, creative, and client teams to ensure aligned execution and support of campaign goals.
  • Provide support for agency/client requests, custom reports, billing reconciliation, and financial processes when required.

? Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, preferably using DV360, TTD, or Xandr.
  • Solid understanding of RTB, audience segmentation, viewability, brand safety, and campaign attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using BI tools, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (desirable for global coordination).
  • Certifications in DSPs or Google Marketing Platform (e.g., DV360 Certification).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
