Responsibilities

Stakeholder Satisfaction

• Identify and understand your stakeholders for each project and maintain a list of them.
• Regularly inform stakeholders via communication channels (Slack, email) about project progress, risks, and significant changes.
• Facilitate decision-making processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and gather feedback.

Program Management

• Lead resource planning for development teams within your stream.
• Handle scope changes for your stream.
• Provide progress reports for your stream.
• Lead Quarterly Planning sessions.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to the Delivery Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in program or project management, with knowledge of mobile projects (applications, platforms, related technologies) and coordination with diverse creative and technical teams.
• Proficiency in project control and execution.
