We’re creating a new Product Operations function - and you’ll be the person to design, lead, and grow it. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll build the processes, data infrastructure, and governance that free up our Product Managers to focus on customers and market impact.

In this role, you will :

• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks for a large, multi-product portfolio.
• Standardise product management processes and best practices.
• Build analytics capabilities for real-time product and financial insights.
• Partner with product leaders to improve speed-to-market and ROI.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate decision-making and unlock cross-silo insights.

We’re looking for someone who :

Is experienced building / scaling operational frameworks in SaaS or multi-product environments.

Has strong analytical skills (Power BI, Python, VBA experience a plus).

Is comfortable working with enterprise software systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).

Is confident dealing with all levels of stakeholder
