Formación

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, based in Madrid (Spain). You'll have the opportunity to take initiatives and drive the execution of the Product Marketing function. You will work closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to shape the Product Marketing strategy, align projects, and make a positive organizational impact. You should be a thinker and doer, passionate about creating great experiences for our leads, customers, and community.

  • Define and own the Product Marketing strategy and operational plan.
  • Engage with our community to gather insights, leverage testimonials, and facilitate events and marketing activities to convert prospects and customers into evangelists.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to define product launch campaigns, optimize onboarding, and enhance customer experience.
  • Create content for newsletters, landing pages, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and develop product differentiators.
  • Translate technical details into user benefits.
  • Work with Sales and Product teams on pricing, messaging, positioning, and creating sales materials.
Required skills
  • 4+ years in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS/Tech organizations.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into value propositions.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches globally and locally.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • High attention to detail, able to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Empathy and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher; native speakers are a plus.
  • Experience with metrics analysis and data-driven decision making.
Desired skills
  • Experience in solar or renewable energy sectors is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
