Private Debt Fund – SR Analyst / Associate – Italian speaker (Madrid or Milano)
Role description
Alantra Private Debt is looking for an Italian speaking analyst / associate to support its different investment strategies in the following tasks:
· Execution of financing transactions: analyse companies and markets, review due diligence materials, prepare detailed financial models and memorandums for investment committees, review legal documents, etc. Mainly focused on Italian transactions but with the flexibility to provide support in other European deals.
· Monitor portfolio investments: analyse and produce periodic reports on the fund's performance and current financial situation of the portfolio companies.
· Key support functions: identify financing opportunities through meetings with potential target companies, private equity funds and advisors. The candidate will also take part in the launch of future funds, providing support with marketing tasks, as well as perform administrative activities, etc.
