We are specifically looking for passionate candidates fluent in Portuguese with a strong customer service background to enhance our guests' experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support for the Portuguese and Spanish market through different channels (phone, email mainly).
- Handling reservations, cancelations, etc. in a professional manner.
- Up-selling and cross-selling tourism related products and services.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Native Portuguese speaker (Portuguese accent mandatory) and advanced level of Spanish (C1) plus fluent level of English (B2 minimum).
- Location: Must reside in Malaga or be willing to relocate.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or related customer service is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Contract Type: 9-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. 2-month trial period.
- Monthly Salary: €1.583,33
- Working Hours: 39 hours per week (8-hour shifts, morning or afternoon, determined post-training from 10 am until 11 pm)
- On-site: Get started with in-person training and work at our centrally-located Malaga office.

- Relocation package: refund of initial transport up to 200 euros, 300 -400 euros gross /month will be included in the payroll during the first 3 months in Spain for housing
