Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced Customer Service Excellence Manager to drive customer excellence, strengthen partnerships with our clients, and enhance service satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational performance and ensure that customers receive full supply chain support and service at optimal cost.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage overall Demand Planning and Management, coordinating with Supply Chain Manager critical issues, jointly assessing problems, and channeling information from planning (delays, technical problems, incidents, etc.).
• Serve as single point of contact for internal and external customers / stakeholders, responsible for order management and demand control assuring supply on time.
• Monitor customer order status and anticipate solutions to any problem that may cause delays in delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as supply chain or logistics.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) are essential; proficiency in Spanish is desirable, and any other language is an asset.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply planning and NPL gained in pharmaceutical FDF companies.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
