A highly dynamic and fast-paced Private Family Office is seeking an exceptional Remote Personal Assistant to support our senior executive across a wide range of personal and lifestyle matters. What You'll Do

• Act as a key point of contact and coordination for all personal, household, and lifestyle-related matters
• Manage high-intensity, time-sensitive tasks with full autonomy and accountability
• Design and oversee complex international travel arrangements, including private aviation and last-minute adjustments
• Coordinate global luxury services, bespoke experiences, and sensitive private events
• Liaise with private staff, vendors, and service providers across multiple time zones and locations
• Conduct deep research and scenario planning to provide actionable options, not just information
• Ensure flawless execution and follow-through — every detail counts
• Maintain utmost discretion and loyalty in all personal and professional interactions
