Formación

Oliver Wyman is a global management consulting firm. The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid model, working from the Madrid office at least 60% of the time.

About the role

You will partner with leaders and teams across multiple regions to shape the people experience for our colleagues worldwide. The role involves designing, developing and delivering global PE programmes, driving engagement, inclusion and well‑being initiatives, and providing actionable insights.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate, scope and deliver a portfolio of people experience projects and programmes, including working‑parents support, wellbeing, engagement and internal communications.
  • Develop and execute strategic communications and engagement plans, tailoring messaging to varying seniority levels and audiences.
  • Create toolkits, presentations and surveys to enhance colleague engagement.
  • Develop and track KPIs for all initiatives, ensuring rigorous monitoring, measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with regional teams and leadership, providing actionable advice and translating culture concepts into clear recommendations.
  • Carry out other tasks as directed by the Line Manager to support effective delivery and development of the PE function.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a global corporate firm, ideally in consulting or professional services.
  • Advanced project and programme management experience, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to scope and launch projects, track, measure and deliver on KPIs.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimise work.
  • Passion for inclusion, diversity and cultural development.
