We are seeking a People Operations & Business Partner

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, skilled in HR operations, and capable of providing strategic support to management and leadership teams. You will report directly to the Senior Director, People Business Partnering, navigating both administrative and advisory aspects of the People function—ensuring smooth processes and driving initiatives that enhance team performance, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities include:
  1. People Operations: Manage and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, leaves, and compliance. Support employees from onboarding through offboarding and act as the first point of contact for related queries.
  2. People Business Partner Support: Partner with managers to understand team needs, provide guidance on organizational development, employee relations, and performance. Act as a trusted advisor, support talent processes, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement initiatives. Support employee engagement, DEI, and culture-building programs. Assist with data analysis and reporting for senior management.
  3. Employee Experience: Lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle, gather feedback, and translate insights into improvements. Promote a culture of inclusion, belonging, and continuous feedback. Design and deliver initiatives to improve wellbeing, career development, and manager effectiveness.
Ideal candidate:
  • Min 5-6 years in HR business partnering
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with HR data experience
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus
  • Proficiency with tools like Confluence, Google Drive, and Sheets
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and across time zones
  • Commitment to confidentiality and best practices
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
