We are looking for an invoice specialist to join our Customer Services team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Madrid.

This position is crucial for Bolton as it will lead the relationship with our customers.

What your agenda looks like
  • As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for order processing with the following functions :
  • Receive orders via email or EDI, manual order entry, reviewing EDI orders, with special attention to commercial conditions.
  • Monitoring and controlling the order shipping process to the warehouse and until delivery.
  • Resolving issues and proposing improvements.
Your team

Integrated within the Finance team in the Customer Services you will be reporting to the Customer Services Manager.

What makes you a great fit
  • Education : FP or Bachelor\'s degree in business administration / economics.
  • Work Experience : experience in customer services, specially in order entry.
  • Knowledge of EDI, SAP and AS400.
  • Technical Skills : high level of Microsoft office (Excel and Power Point).
  • Adaptability to changes is a must.
  • Local language : proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English level is required.
