Formación

  • Mínimo cinco años de experiencia profesional en el sector IT.
  • Conocimiento sólido de soluciones IT complejas.
  • Fluidez en español y un nivel B2 de inglés.

Job Description:

To increase our global expansion and brand presence, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager – Northern Spain (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week, starting immediately or as soon as possible. This role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

This position will cover the Northern region in Spain and can be based in our Madrid office or remotely in Bilbao.

Your Job
  • Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Spain.
  • Oversee onboarding of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
  • Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for partners, including product training, ensuring effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
  • Define and drive business plans with partners, monitor growth, and ensure strategic and commercial development.
  • Participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote solutions and strengthen brand presence.
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and define strategies to meet business targets in North Spain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) and externally act as a key contact representing the company professionally.
  • Update CRM system regularly with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Spain are strong assets.
Your Profile
  • Solid IT knowledge through academic background or equivalent, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
  • At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, Miller Heiman is highly valued.
  • Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain, with a track record of strategic partner development.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with partners and customers.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and enjoy presenting and promoting solutions during meetings and negotiations.
  • Strong personality, thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and at least B2 English, both spoken and written.
  • Self-driven, passionate about achieving goals, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
