Formación

  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o similar.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en redes y sistemas operativos como Windows y Linux.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español.

Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Analyst in the OT Cyber Security area, you will work collaboratively in a SOC (L1-L2) to detect and respond to information security incidents and vulnerabilities, maintaining and following procedures for security events alerting and generating security vulnerabilities reports, participating in security investigations and mitigations.

This role is based in Barcelona and reports to the OT Cyber Team Leader.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Detect and respond to information security incidents and vulnerabilities
  • Maintain and follow procedures for security events
  • Monitor and analyze log sources for threat hunting
  • Configure and manage operating systems, switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Produce security vulnerabilities reports
  • Participate in security investigations and mitigations
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • A relevant degree such as Computer Science and Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, SysAdmin and Networking (Junior College/CFGS)
  • Technical knowledge of networking, routing, and switching
  • Technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac)
  • Willingness to travel within Barcelona (up to 50%)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Knowledge of OT technologies, networking, and protocols
  • Security certifications like CISSP, CCNA, Security +, MCITP/MCSE, ITIL Foundations
  • A Cybersecurity Master's Degree
  • Experience configuring and managing switches, routers, firewalls, and operating systems
  • Experience with threat hunting, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and detection rules/signatures
  • Experience with security platforms, programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of system exploits, network attacks, malware, and phishing techniques
  • Experience with cloud security tools (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Experience with DevOps culture
