Genea Biomedx is seeking an Office Manager / Sales Administrator to support the sales team in Valencia. In this role, you'll manage customer orders, assist with sales reports, and collaborate with various teams while ensuring a seamless order process. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales administration, particularly in medical devices, and will be organized and proactive in a dynamic work environment.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager / Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Valencia!

If you have experience in sales administration and have worked with or for medical device companies , this is your chance to make an impact in a meaningful industry — supporting our mission to change lives every day.

Your Role :

Be the trusted support for our Spain Sales Manager and the sales team.

Manage customer orders from A to Z — ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Keep our CRM system updated and data impeccable.

Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and market analyses.

Respond to customer and distributor inquiries with professionalism and care.

Collaborate with logistics and finance teams for smooth order processing and invoicing.

Help organize sales meetings, events, and trainings.

Keep documentation, contracts, and agreements organized and up-to-date.

Monitor stock levels and liaise with supply chain teams when needed.

Contribute to marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional materials and tracking campaigns.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with medical device companies is a huge plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English .
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
