Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Update order management systems and ensure all order data is correctly recorded.
• Track pending orders and coordinate with the warehouse or vendor teams for timely dispatch.
• Monitor and resolve order-related discrepancies or payment issues.
• Communicate with customer service or support teams to address escalations if needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports of order processing activities for management review.
• Follow company protocols to maintain data security and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
