Job Description: Amazon is seeking a New Account Manager to recruit sellers and serve European customers as part of the EU Marketplace Export team. The role involves recruiting and growing online sellers on Amazon's marketplace, expanding their businesses, and achieving business and financial objectives. The candidate will analyze sales and traffic data to identify growth opportunities, support existing sellers, and develop new services by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include improving marketplace performance, managing projects to enhance customer and seller experience, and working closely with category teams to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve business and financial objectives to grow Amazon’s third-party marketplace.
  2. Identify and implement scalable solutions to improve the marketplace for all sellers.
  3. Share best practices and learnings with counterparts to discover new opportunities.
  4. Conduct deep dives into seller performance to identify root causes and actions for growth.
  5. Collaborate with category teams on category-specific growth initiatives.
  6. Manage projects aimed at enhancing customer and seller experiences.

Preferred Experience: Sales, business development, management consulting, or product management; experience in e-commerce or retail; SQL knowledge is a plus.
