Ideal candidates will have a Life Sciences degree, fluency in Spanish and English, and a minimum of 5 years of MSL experience. About the Role

Galderma is preparing for the launch of a breakthrough biologic therapy in dermatology. To support this strategic initiative, we are expanding our Medical Affairs team with a new Medical Science Liaison (MSL) based in Barcelona. This is a newly created role designed to elevate the scientific and clinical value proposition of our upcoming biologic therapy and strengthen partnerships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) and healthcare professionals across Catalonia and other regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scientific engagement with KTLs and HCPs in the assigned region
• Support pre-launch and launch activities for the next-generation biologic, aligned with global and local strategy
• Deliver high-quality medical education and training to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide field-based scientific and clinical support for Galderma’s biologics portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and compliant messaging
• Support clinical trials, data collection, and adverse event reporting
• Represent Galderma at medical conferences and scientific events

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MSL, ideally in biologics
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Based in Barcelona and willing to travel extensively within the region
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable

• Experience in dermatology
• Fluency in Catalan
• Background in pharma or biotech
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, flexible environments
