An international consulting firm in Gijón is seeking a Microsoft 365 Integration Engineer to maintain and evolve the global Microsoft 365 platform. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years expertise with Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps, with a deep understanding of security and compliance services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while driving significant projects across the organization.

Formación

• 3–5 years of expertise with Microsoft 365 in hybrid environments.
• 3–5 years of hands-on PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, C# development, and Terraform automation.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 3–5 years of expertise with Microsoft 365 in hybrid provisioning and authentication environments
• 3–5 years of hands-on PowerShell scripting experience
• 3–5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, C# development, and Terraform automation
• Broad knowledge of Windows security, network security, system development, and heterogeneous operating systems
• 2+ years of experience analyzing, documenting, and maintaining large-scale messaging infrastructures
• 2+ years of expertise with Microsoft Azure and federated authentication
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services (Purview, Defender)
• Proven track record supporting large organizations at L3 level
• English fluency
• Nice to Have : Experience in French-language working environments and contexts

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Maintain and evolve the global Microsoft 365 platform : planned maintenance, updates, patching, migrations, consolidations and deployments
• Support and enhance the global provisioning portal built in Azure DevOps
• Proactively ensure high levels of security and availability across the M365 environment
• Create and maintain operational procedures, configuration documentation and SOPs
• Drive knowledge transfer to L2 teams to enable “shift-left” support activities
• Provide 3rd / 4th level support and interface with vendors and IT personnel for issue resolution
• Assess security threats and implement countermeasures to comply with group policies and legal obligations
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and compliance teams to configure and report on security aspects of M365 and on-prem platforms
• Ensure ongoing compliance with group security policies and best practices
• Advise on and support the hybrid provisioning platform for seamless identity and resource management
• Work closely with M365, Architecture, Cyber Defense, Proofpoint and Group Security teams
