El candidato ideal tendrá más de 7 años de experiencia en análisis, BI o gestión del rendimiento impulsada por datos en un entorno internacional de FMCG. Se requiere habilidad en Excel, software de big data y herramientas de visualización como Tableau o Power BI, y un título universitario relevante. Esta posición es clave para mejorar la toma de decisiones y el rendimiento organizativo.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years in analytics, BI, or data-driven performance management in an international FMCG environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement an analytics process aligned to organizational goals.
• Build and maintain advanced operational and financial models.
• Identify business opportunities to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Oversee analytics projects lifecycle for the CoE.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
• Design and deploy analytics tools and dashboards.
