Marketing Manager - EA | Trade Marketing - EA | Fragrance Industry

Mission : In this role, you’ll support the sales and development team to drive and grow the Europe & Africa region’s business by providing strategic, cross-category marketing support; from shaping key account plans to creating compelling, insight-driven content that resonates with clients. You’ll be the go-to expert on regional brand strategies, consumer trends, and fragrance innovation, helping to craft proposals that stand out. You’ll also lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with teams like Perfumery, Evaluation, and R&D to bring ideas to life.
Functions
- Act as a strategic partner to the EA Sales Team by co-leading client initiatives, preparing cross-category presentations that align with global marketing strategies while tailoring to each client’s specific business needs.
- Brief the Fragrance Development Management (FDM) Team with clear, insight-driven fragrance concepts, ensuring that client objectives are translated into fragrance creations that meet expectations.
- Contribute to the Global Marketing Team's vision by providing regional input in the development of proactive marketing tools, ensuring EA’s business needs are represented in the global marketing calendar.
- Ensure the EA Sales Team is well-equipped on new technologies and launches, delivering compelling marketing stories in collaboration with R&D and Evaluation teams.
- Monitor the Fine Fragrance, Home Care, Personal Care, and Air Care categories within the region—tracking market dynamics, product innovations, claims, and consumer behavior to provide timely insights.
- Facilitate access to global marketing tools for the EA Sales Team and ensure efficient utilization to support client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute marketing events, roadshows, and client presentations tailored to regional priorities.
- Participate in Sales Team meetings to ensure alignment, execution, and timely follow-up on initiatives.
- Deliver targeted marketing tools and initiatives aligned with regional business goals to support the Sales Team’s commercial success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing and Business Management.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience with a track record in B2C FMCG or B2B in a Fragrance House.
- Understanding of fragrance industry and Personal, Home and Air Care categories.
- Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook); digital and new technologies savvy.
- Availability to travel up to 40%.
- Languages: English (proficient), Spanish and Italian (desirable).
