Adevinta , a global leader in digital marketplaces. Our household name brands, including Marktplaats in the Netherlands, mobile.de in Germany and leboncoin in France, reach hundreds of millions of people every month.

We’re all about matchmaking, and our sites help people find whatever they’re looking for in their local communities – whether it’s a car, an apartment, a sofa or a new job. Every connection made or item found makes a difference by creating a world where people share more and waste less.

Our brands are supported by global Tech Hubs in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin. Their goal is to develop common global products and innovation platforms which all of our brands can use. This means using cutting edge technology to create highly scalable, customisable and secure products and components that free up development time and leverage our access to global data.

What You’ll Do & Who You Are

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Analytics Lead to build and lead the marketing analytics function across coches.net, motos.net, and Milanuncios. This is a critical individual contributor role, reporting directly to the CMO and working closely with the Marketing Leadership Team, Product, Data, and different Business Units.

Your mission will be to transform marketing performance through data: measuring what matters, predicting what’s next, and enabling smarter, faster decisions. You’ll work across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels, and bring deep expertise in incrementality, segmentation, AI, CLTV modeling, and performance forecasting. You’ll also influence our MarTech stack, tracking infrastructure, and how we approach insights and automation at scale.

Marketing Performance & Measurement
  • Define and lead the end-to-end measurement framework across all marketing
  • Own Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality frameworks, and multi-touch attribution (MTA) in collaboration with the Data team
  • Design and analyze A/B tests, geo-holdouts, and lift studies to validate impact and guide investment channels (Paid Media, CRM, SEO, App, Brand)
Consumer Insights & Segmentation
  • Analyze causal and behavioral customer patterns, identifying growth levers and drop-off drivers across the funnel
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models based on demographics, behavior, channel touchpoints, and lifecycle stage
  • Work on individual customer predictions to support personalization, targeting, and CRM decisioning
  • Translate insights into clear narratives that inform campaign design, creative direction, and investment strategy
AI & Predictive Marketing
  • Build and deploy AI/ML models to support budget optimization, LTV forecasting, creative testing, churn prediction, and audience ranking
  • Identify and experiment with new AI-driven tools to improve marketing precision and efficiency
  • Drive the adoption of predictive insights across marketing planning and operations
Data Infrastructure & Tracking
  • Partner with Tech and Data teams to ensure reliable data pipelines, event tracking, and schema design that meet marketing’s needs
  • Audit and improve data integrity across touchpoints, ensuring consistent measurement from source to dashboard
  • Define marketing data requirements for new tools, features, and customer journeys
  • Support tagging, instrumentation, and platform integrations (e.g. GA4, Segment, AppsFlyer, Braze) for end-to-end visibility
Enablement, Tooling & MarTech Evolution
  • Serve as the marketing lead for data enablement and automation, aligning infrastructure and tooling with marketing strategy
  • Define standards for segmentation, enrichment, lead scoring, and campaign performance
  • Create frameworks for data quality checks, workflow reliability, and remediation with analytics and campaign teams.
  • Influence the evolution of the marketing tech stack, ensuring it supports future measurement and personalization needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or Growth roles with strong business orientation
  • Expertise in big data environments (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake), SQL proficiency, and working knowledge of Python or R
  • Knowledge of tools like GA4, Looker, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Braze
  • Strong track record in MMM, attribution, incrementality, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling
  • Experience applying AI/ML to marketing use cases: spend optimization, audience modeling, churn prediction, etc
  • Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations with commercial and business impact
  • Familiarity with the Paid, Owned, and Earned media ecosystem and related measurement challenges.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces or app-based platforms
  • Exposure to MarTech architecture and campaign automation flows
