Formación

Overview

Main mission: Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.

Scope
  • The Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customers
  • The Quality Excellence of Supply Chain (from Supplier to Customers)
  • The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts, Cyber Security, etc.)
  • The Prevention actions to avoid recurrent issues
Main activities

In charge of the Quality of one or several sectors:

  • Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode
  • Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
  • Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
  • Manage derogations
  • Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter
  • Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
  • Be a member of the Short Interval Management (SIM) of the production lines
  • Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and Optimize Process (ex-PEP)), contribute to process/control capability implementation
  • Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector
Qualifications

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Engineer (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical ...)
  • Experienced in Process Quality (1-2 years)
  • Ability to be customer facing with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven
  • Ability to communicate (written, verbal) clearly in concise and synthetic manner on complex technical strategy. Very good communication skills within a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to convince stakeholders on the proper project technical strategy
  • English fluency is a must. Another language is a plus.
