• Important chemical multinational is looking for an IT Infraestructure Manager
• Global Position

This leadership role ensures that global IT services are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. The role oversees global teams and vendors managing data centers, cloud environments, networks, and IT support services, with a strong focus on operational excellence and innovation.

• Lead global IT infrastructure and operations, including enterprise networks, cloud platforms, servers, storage, disaster recovery, and end-user support.
• Define and implement global infrastructure standards, architectures, and best practices.
• Oversee relationships with key technology vendors and manage infrastructure service contracts (SLAs, KPIs).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and application teams to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure integration.
• Monitor and report on infrastructure performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed infrastructure team.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.

Main Challenges:

• Develop and execute a global IT infrastructure strategy that supports current and future business needs.
• Ensure the high availability, performance, security, and scalability of all IT infrastructure services.
• Lead the standardization and global alignment of cloud, data center, and networking operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT operations through automation, AI-driven monitoring, and AIOps.
• Strengthen IT governance, regulatory compliance, and financial transparency and control across all infrastructure functions.
