A leading deep-tech company in Donostia/San Sebastián is seeking an experienced Manager for LLM & Generative AI Systems. You will design, implement, and deploy AI systems in production environments, ensuring quality and scalability. Ideal candidates will have a Master's or PhD in AI or related fields, along with strong skills in Python, Docker, and Git. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. This is a permanent position, offering an opportunity to lead innovative AI projects.

Manager for LLM & Generative AI Systems We are currently partnered with a fast-growing, well-funded deep-tech company and Europe’s largest quantum software provider, recognized globally for excellence in AI and quantum computing. The team is expanding and is looking for an experienced Manager in Generative AI to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of LLM and Generative AI systems in production environments. This is a permanent position based San Sebastian, Spain. Define technical strategy, design solutions, and ensure quality and scalability of AI systems. Manage projects from initiation to completion: scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and risk management. Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate project progress, and provide technical guidance to leadership. Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud-based production environments.
• Strong Python, Docker, Git skills; knowledge of GitHub/GitLab workflows.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
