A global IT services provider in Madrid is seeking an IT Support Technician (Level 1–2) to assist with hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Computer Science and possess 2–5 years of IT support experience. Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365 is essential, along with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. This role involves providing first-level support and facilitating user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring efficient IT operations throughout the organization.

Formación

  • 2–5 years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support.
  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve support tickets.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Prepare devices and access permissions for new hires.
  • Apply system patches and updates.
