FUNCTIONS

Catenon is looking for an Asset Manager to join an important client in the real estate sector, specializing in logistics assets. This position reports to the Head of Logistics and plays a key role in managing and optimizing a portfolio of logistics projects. The role is based in Madrid or Barcelona, preferably Barcelona, with frequent travel to Catalonia.

• Supervising the development of new logistics projects, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Leading the commercialization of assets, managing relationships with potential tenants, and securing lease agreements to ensure high occupancy rates.
• Analyzing portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize value.
• Collaborating with the existing team to integrate technical and commercial perspectives while reporting progress and results to the Head of Logistics.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5-6 years of experience in logistics asset management, preferably in real estate consultancies, engineering firms, or logistics-focused investment funds.
• A deep understanding of the logistics market in Catalonia.
• Advanced English, essential for interacting with international stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of making autonomous decisions.
