Job Objective

We are looking for a motivated and analytically strong professional to support our Logistics Finance function and Claims Department. As part of the Control Tower team, you will work to ensure detailed analysis of freight spend versus supplier income, support issue resolution, claims analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment and is eager to learn and grow under mentorship.

Your Profile
  • 1–3 years of experience in transport, finance, supply chain, or a related analytical field
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail; experience with cost or financial data is an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills: Basic knowledge of other analytical or visualization tools (SQL and Python)
  • Eagerness to learn from and collaborate with senior analysts
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of defined workstreams
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a proactive and curious approach to challenges
  • Self-driven and adaptive person
Your Responsibilities
  • Freight Cost, Income and claim Analysis
    • Assist in analyzing transport spend, supplier income and claims to identify inconsistencies, trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support the preparation and validation of supplier invoice reconciliations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of rate card structures and contribute to their ongoing analysis and refinement.
  • Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement along with Process Automation
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external carriers to identify and investigate discrepancies.
  • Monitor ongoing data flows and provide timely inputs to support resolution actions.
  • Support the preparation of regular business reviews and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of reporting dashboards, templates, and best practices.
