The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, and excellent English skills. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents and supporting the legal team in various matters. Formación

  • 4-6 years experience as a lawyer in a Law firm or International Company

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a / an Legal Counsel to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal records and analysis on a variety of matters.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts (namely, PPA, EPC, O&M), agreements (namely, SHA), and legal documents under the guidance of Senior Legal Counsel.
  • Ensure legal documents align with the company's policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the General Counsel and Senior Legal Team in managing and resolving legal matters and preparation of reports, presentations, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain an organized system for legal documenting, ensuring easy retrieval and access for the legal team.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
  • Master's degree in Law and / or Corporate Transactions (desirable).
  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) C1 level is a must.

Experience & Technical Qualifications
  • Experience of 4-6 years working as a lawyer in a Law firm or an International Company (preferably in the energy sector).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel and PowerPoint is a must).
