Formación

3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience or training in data protection and compliance is preferred.

Position Summary :

Mainly in charge of defending proceedings against the company, drafting contracts, legal business support, assistance, and advice on legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) :

Advice on Regulatory Compliance in accordance with the area of business activity
Drafting and review of contracts
Answer to the lawsuits against the company
Response to regulatory bodies and business units of the company, preparation of the necessary documentation and preparation of the different reports that will be validated by the Legal Department
Study and analysis of the different legal problems of the company
Supervision and updating of internal procedures
Periodically review the updating of the company's compliance action procedures and protocols
Respond to the exercise of rights and claims by debtors, as well as respond to confirmation requests from credit information systems

Professional Experience / Qualifications :

Law degree
3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Experience or training in data protection
Experience or training in compliance
Desirable high level of English
