A lively surf hostel in Conil de la Frontera is seeking a Reception & Hospitality Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in hospitality management, daily front-desk operations, and guest relations. Interns will assist with check-ins, support international guests, and engage in hostel activities. Ideal candidates are enrolled students who possess strong communication skills in English and Spanish and have a passion for hospitality. Position: Reception & Hospitality Intern We are looking for enthusiastic students who want to gain professional experience in hospitality management, front-desk operations, and guest relations. As a reception intern, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and have everything they need during their stay.

Main responsibilities

Assist with daily front-desk operations (check-in/check-out, reservations, guest information).

Provide excellent customer service and support to international guests.

Answer phone calls, emails, and messages through booking platforms.

Help with organization of activities, surf lessons, and events.

Collaborate with the hostel team to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Additional tasks To gain a complete hostel experience, you may also:

Support with social activities (barbecues, game nights, surf trips).

Assist other team members with general hostel tasks when needed.

Minimum 3 months (preferably 4–6 months).
