A logistics company in Madrid is seeking a Lean Specialist to implement a continuous improvement culture and enhance internal logistics processes across depots in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, experience in logistics, and fluency in English. Formación

  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics or industrial companies.

Everything you are looking for and more

We are seeking a Lean Specialist to promote and implement a continuous improvement culture across InPost Iberia warehouses. The Lean Specialist will lead projects outlined in our annual Lean Roadmap, address daily initiatives, and propose technological or innovative process improvements.

Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Implement continuous improvement culture across depots in Spain and Portugal.
  • Enhance KPIs such as productivity and quality, and improve internal logistics processes.
  • Lead Lean initiatives and monitor their implementation until successful completion.
  • Develop, execute, and track the Lean Manufacturing implementation plan, ensuring actions are completed.
  • Select and apply Lean tools to improve efficiency, capacity, productivity, and quality.
  • Train and motivate staff in continuous improvement practices.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify improvements, track progress, and measure impact.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles.
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics or industrial companies.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading and successfully implementing continuous improvement projects.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English (B2/C1 level).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Engineering Degree.
  • Yellow/Green Belt in Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • Project management experience.
  • Understanding of industrialization processes.
