The Role

Lumen is seeking a Senior Software Developer. This team player translates product vision and requirements into software design.

This role will shape how Lumen combines the latest technologies and services to automate all aspects of software deployment and instance lifecycle management using AI stack. Passionate about software automation and quality is always a priority. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization including but not limited to executive leadership, product owners, developers, and testers to plan, develop, and implement solutions to optimize and automate business and technical processes.

The Main Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code, including tests.
• Work in a CI/CD environment.
• Participate in meetings and discussions to gather requirements and discuss architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality product enhancements.
• Work with the development team to improve system architecture.
• Follow agile principles.
• Develop reusable software components.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Java / Python development.
• Skilled in Spring, Spring Boot, FastAPI, Django.
• Proficient in REST API development and security (OAuth2.0, OIDC).
• Experience with SQL (Oracle / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB / Couchbase).
• Experience in system design and performance engineering.
