We are looking for students, recent graduates, and junior professionals (from 0 to 2 years of experience) who aspire to join our team around Europe. If you apply, our HR team will contact you as soon as a role in this area becomes available and your CV matches the profile we are seeking.

For all Junior positions in the Marketing Field we offer a 6 months internship contract (Salary range: €1.200-€2.500 per month), with on-the-job training, the option to work in an office or fully remote, and a latest-generation MacBook provided.

We are looking only for Junior profiles, with 0 to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Creation of the Digital Marketing strategy: with the CMO, define the strategy to increase Joinrs’ visibility among students and graduates in the target countries.
• Social Media Management Support: plan and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and interact with the online community. Platforms include Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Instagram and X.
• Digital Content Creation: participate in creating digital content (blog posts, articles, email marketing, and more) and develop copywriting skills.
• Analysis of Marketing Metrics: with the Data Analyst, use analytical tools to monitor campaign performance and drive data-based improvements.
• Performance Marketing & Online Advertising: assist in creating and managing online campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms, including keyword selection and ad optimization.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization): assist with keyword research, link building, and other SEO practices to improve search rankings.
• Graphic Design: if you have skills in Adobe, Figma, Canva or similar, collaborate with designers to create content for social media, website, campaigns and offline materials.

Contract & Compensation

For all Junior positions we offer a 6 months internship contract (Salary range: €1.200-€2.500 per month), aiming for a permanent contract. Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, with potential increases as you gain experience and impact.

Selection Process

• CV Screening: initial CV screening typically within 20 days of application.
• Phone Interview: a 15-minute interview with our HR Manager.
• Video Interview: a final interview with the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
