At ICEO, we’re always on the lookout for bold, talented designers who don’t just make products look good – they make them feel right. We build ventures across fintech and Web3 that redefine how people interact with finance. From intuitive neobank interfaces to professional trading platforms and blockchain-native tools, we craft design-driven products that require designers who understand data-heavy, secure, and scalable user experiences.

Although we may not have an open role right now, one will become available soon, and we’d love to hear from you if:

You Are

• A Product, UI or UX Designer with several years of experience
• Passionate about building sleek, smart interfaces in the fintech or crypto space
• Confident designing for complex systems like dashboards, trading modules, wallets, onboarding flows, or financial transactions
• A systems thinker who’s worked with Figma libraries, tokens, design systems, and responsive UI
• Curious, collaborative, and comfortable working with product managers, developers, and founders alike
• Able to provide a link to a portfolio (or PDF) that shows strong visual skills and real product thinking
• Fluent in English and open to working in a remote-first, async-friendly environment

We’re especially interested in designers with

• Experience in Web3 tools, DeFi, tokens, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure
• Familiarity with regulated platforms (e.g. PSD2, FCA-compliant fintech products)
• Contributions to fintech SaaS platforms or consumer finance apps
• Interest in joining early-stage projects where your work shapes the core product
