Schedule : 39 hours / week Monday to Friday 09 : 00 18 : 00

Language : Any Nordic language (Swedish Norwegian Danish Finnish) English

Contract Type : Full-Time Leadership Sales

Salary : 36000 up to 10000 in bonuses

About the Role

As a Sales Manager you will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals driving performance and revenue while managing the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing. Youll combine your leadership experience and commercial drive to build a high-performing team and deliver results in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coach and develop a Nordic-speaking sales team
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations HR) to support business growth
  • Ensure high levels of motivation engagement and performance within the team
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in a Nordic language and good command of English
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and account management
  • Excellent leadership communication and coaching skills
  • Goal-oriented proactive and results-driven
  • Willingness to work hybrid in Málaga
